In addition to the duties, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the duties, duties and powers of the Vice-President shall be as follows:-
(a) To implement, implement policies, plans and programs approved by the Council (b) To prepare the annual program, plan and budget of the council and submit it to the committee (c) To implement the decision of the Council and the Committee (D) To monitor and conduct the plans and programs run by the council (e) To manage the staff of the Council and perform other managerial functions,
(f) To do other work as specified.
